Hylan to Lay Cornerstone For New 369th Regt. Armory The cornerstone for the new $69th, Regiment Armory, formerly the Fitteenth Colored Infantry, will be laid to-morrow afternoon, at Fifth avenue and 143d street, Manhattan, by Mayor Hylan. Speeches will be made by U. S. District Attorney William Hayward, who commanded the regiment in France: Collector of Internal Revenue Charles W. Anderson, Col. William J. Schieffelin, Civil Service Commissioner Ferdinand Q. Morton, Congressman F. H. La Guardia the Rev. J. W. Brown and David W/. Parker. There will be a musical programme by the Fifteenth Infantry Band and the Fifteenth Regiment Cadet Band, under the leadership of Lieut. F. Eugene Mikell, musical director and | Warrant Officer Jacob Porter, band leader. The Clef Club, founded by the late James Reese Europe, organizer of the regimental band, will sing. Lieut. Noble Sissie will sing "Joan of Arc." The regiment will form at the present headquarters of the regiment, 58 West 130th street, Manhattan, at 2:30 o'clock. It will then march up Lenox avenue to 143d street, where Mayor Hylan and other officials will review it. From the reviewing stand the regiment will march to the site of the new armory. Col. Arthur Little, commanding officer of the regiment, will. give luncheon to a number of guests at the regimental, headquarters before the parade.
