With some of the cryptsetup benchmarks for disk cryptography there were massive wins for some of the algorithms. This is likely due to the upstream kernel optimizations several releases ago around better tuning AES-XTS for AVX2/AVX-512 and other upstream crypto optimizations.

The Blender 3D modeling software with CPU-based rendering was running ever so slightly faster on RHEL 10.0 beta while using the same release binaries on both platforms.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 using Python 3.12 by default rather than Python 3.9 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 means some very nice performance improvements. Python 3.12 packs some very nice upstream performance improvements that can now be enjoyed out-of-the-box on RHEL 10.
