You may appear capable and high-functioning on the outside while privately feeling reactive, on edge, disconnected, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Maybe you’ve tried to manage it on your own and found that willpower isn’t enough. If you’re tired of just surviving and ready to feel more steady, understood, and in control, you don’t have to do that work alone.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and personality patterns that affect emotional regulation and relationships. Many of my clients struggle with intense emotions, fear of abandonment, or unstable relationship cycles and want to feel more grounded, secure, and in control of their lives.
