If you have the same fashion sense that I have, your morning dress is likely whatever shirt you grab first followed by whatever pants you grab first. Any sort of semblance or color-matching is more coincidental than deliberate; you'd have more luck trying to put together a look by rolling a dice for each piece instead of letting me pick.

Perhaps I should take a note out of Kamo IO's book, who recently added a camera to their mirror that takes a picture of their looks and sends it over to ChatGPT. The AI assistant will then give its honest thoughts on the fit and make recommendations on how to improve.

This AI stylist gives notes on how well you dress

As spotted by Hackster, this cool project combines a few elements to make a mirror that judges your fashion sense. To do this, they wired up an ESP32-CAM that takes a photo of the current user in front of a mirror, then sends the details over to ChatGPT. ChatGPT then makes a judgment based on Pinterest images that Kamo IO fed it to teach it what kind of style they're going for. ChatGPT will then come to a conclusion and let him know what needs improving, with a little bit of attitude.

Kamo IO broke down everything he did when creating this project, so it shouldn't be too tricky to recreate it at home if you wanted to. However, he made things easier by releasing a web app that takesphotos and gives an honest opinion on what it's seeing, so that should save you some time if you wanted to go down that avenue.

If you'd like to learn more about how to make your own electronically-enhanced mirror, they're a lot more common than you may first think. There's something among SBC fans called the "magic mirror," which is called such because it's based on the concept of a mirror that can show you extra information. However, over time, this term has really expanded to a screen on which you can do cool stuff, regardless of whether it reflects your own image back at you or not. Still, they make for some excellent projects, so if your walls are looking a little bare, it doesn't hurt to check them out and try a few for yourself.
