@AmericanAir flight AA68 delayed us for over 12 hours…. Sent us home saying the flight will depart in 24 hours… flight “left” 1 hour after they sent us home. Customer service can’t figure it out. Have to go to the airport to see where we can figure out. 🤦♂️
