All enterprises engaged in the business of selling alcoholic beverages and duly licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, may conduct business if they comply with this article.

All enterprises engaged in the business of selling alcoholic beverages and duly licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, may sell alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
(1)
7 a.m. and midnight on any day except Sunday;
(2)
On Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be sold between 12 noon and midnight.

(a)
The licensee is required to timely report all violations to the law to the city police department.
(b)
The licensee’s parking lot must be of adequate size, and have adequate lighting, in accordance with the building code.
(c)
The licensee must obtain an occupancy permit prior to operating the business.

If any provision of this article conflicts with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, the latter shall prevail.
