ARTICLE 13.400 SEWER RATES

§ 13.401 Effective Date.

Effective November 1, 2012, the following listed rates, rules, regulations and procedures shall be applied and observed for the furnishing of inside and outside the city limits utility services that are owned by or furnished by the city.

§ 13.402 Residential Within City Limits (Rate Code 1).

0 to 1,000 gallons	$13.50
Over 1,000 gallons	$7.05 per 1,000 gallons

For each additional unit, an additional monthly charge of $11.25 will be due.

§ 13.403 Residential Outside City Limits (Rate Code 2).

0 to 1,000 gallons	$13.90 monthly minimum
Over 1,000 gallons	$7.05 per 1,000 gallons

For each additional unit, an additional monthly charge of $10.65 will be due.

§ 13.404 Commercial (Rate Code 10).

0 to 1,000 gallons	$17.45 monthly minimum
Over 1,000 gallons	$7.25 per 1,000 gallons

For each additional unit, an additional monthly charge of $14.70 will be due.
