What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Joining is free. Agency partners earn margin on the studies they run for clients, resellers earn recurring margin on the deals they close, and referral partners earn a fee on introductions that become customers.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. Register a deal and it stays yours, including at renewal. Decode sells direct too, which is exactly why deal registration exists.

Who can become a Decode partner?

Research and insights agencies, qual firms, consultancies, independent researchers, and regional or industry-focused sales partners. We also talk to technology, panel and data providers about integrations. Tell us about your organization and the kind of partnership you have in mind, and the partnerships team will review the fit before confirming a program.

What do the AI research agents do for an agency?

Each of the ten live agents owns one research method, such as usability testing, concept validation or brand perception, and handles study design, fieldwork with real participants and analysis. Your team scopes the project, reviews and edits every study before it runs, and turns the report into the recommendation for your client.

Can we use Decode under our own brand?

Yes. The Agency & Research Partners program includes a white-label workspace, so your clients see your brand on the work. Co-branding is also available if you prefer it.

What does onboarding involve?

A platform and agents walkthrough, certification for your team, a demo environment and the sales or delivery material for your program. We also agree a joint business plan and open a shared Slack channel with our team.

How do panel and participant requirements work?

Participants are recruited for each study through Decode's panel partners, including Cint and Dynata. Audience, market, sample size and timing are confirmed when a study is scoped, not from the website or a first enquiry.

Can I request partner material before applying?

Yes. You can request a battle card, one-pager or program guide without a formal application. Some material is request-only so that what reaches clients stays current.

Where do I send security, technology or commercial questions?

Use the application form on this page or email partnerships@entropik.io. The team routes each question to the right reviewer. Scope, availability and contractual terms are confirmed only through that review, not by this page or a first conversation.
