Plans to improve the Khao Hin Lek Fai viewpoint and strengthen its role as a major Hua Hin tourist attraction were discussed during a site visit on Thursday, July 9.
Prachuap Khiri Khan Governor Sittichai Sawatsan and lecturers from Chulalongkorn University inspected the site alongside representatives of Hua Hin Municipality.
Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wutthikul assigned Deputy Mayor Busaba Choksuchat and Municipal Permanent Secretary Jeerawat Phramanee to welcome the delegation and take part in the visit.

The group surveyed the area, assessed its tourism potential and exchanged ideas on possible improvements.
Discussions focused on making the viewpoint more attractive and distinctive, while improving its facilities and ability to accommodate visitors effectively.
The proposed development is intended to raise the profile of the Khao Hin Lek Fai viewpoint as one of Hua Hin’s main tourism landmarks.
Officials said the plans would support Hua Hin’s development as a quality tourism destination while also contributing to sustainable economic growth in the area.
Hua Hin Municipality said it was prepared to work with Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial authorities, educational institutions and other relevant organisations on the project.
The municipality said the aim was to develop the site to an appropriate tourism standard and provide a better experience for Thai and international visitors.
