 This man page only documents the hardware-specific features of the Microdowell driver. For information about the core driver, see nutupsdrv(8).

SUPPORTED HARDWARE

This driver was developed for the Enterprise Nxx and Bxx models. Other Microdowell models may work, too.

EXTRA ARGUMENTS

This driver supports the following settings in ups.conf(5):

ups.delay.shutdown=num

Set the shutdown delay in seconds (default: 120). The stored value is limited to the range 0 to 32767. When sending a shutdown command, the driver uses a minimum delay of 6 seconds.

ups.delay.start=num

Set the restart delay in seconds (default: 10). The stored value is limited to the range 0 to 999999.

Both values are also available as writable runtime variables through upsrw(8). Runtime changes apply to the running driver instance. Fresh driver initialization loads the configured values. If a running driver instance accepts a -k request, its runtime values remain in effect; otherwise the new -k process loads the configured values.
