SpaceVR's Overview 1 virtual reality satellites are 3U CubeSat to enabling users to experience space firsthand using any mobile, desktop, or virtual reality device.

The satellite busses will be built by Pumpkin Inc., who was selected as a prime contractor in June 2016 to provide the first two satelites housing SpaceVR’s internally designed VR camera payload.

Overview 1 was to head to the ISS inside one of SpaceX’s Dragon cargo capsules during the CRS-12 resupply mission
