PiriSat [STM]
PiriSat is a turkish 6U CubeSat built by STM designed to provide Space-Based Automatic Identification System (OTS) data.
The satellite has the primary mission of an AIS demonstration. It will receive AIS signals onboard, record thereceived signals, downlink collected data to the ground station and to process and identify vessels.
As secondary payloads, it will also carry an X Ray Detector, a linear transponder, a Langmuire probe and equipment for radiation measurements.
