In addition, the lower divisions were re-organised again. Clubs 2-6 from D1 Central,
2-7 from D1 North and 2-6 from D1 South formed a new Division One. Clubs 7-12 from D1 Central,
8-11 from D1 North and 7-12 from D2 South formed Division Two, while the remaining clubs plus
newcomers Glasshoughton Welfare formed Division Three.
