list: Return a list of the available menus
menu_name on: Turn a menu on.
menu_name off: Turn a menu off.
menu_name status: Return on if on, off if off.
menu_name loc: Return the x y location.
menu_name move xy: Move a menu to the
given (x, y) location
The parameter menu_name is one of the following menu names:
color,
display,
files,
graphics,
labels,
main,
material,
ramaplot.
render,
save,
sequence,
simulation,
or tool.
