| Comments: | The source specimen for this report was most certainly from Kamoya South II mine. Because of a period of secrecy before the Kamoya locality was revealed, suppliers told customers that the locality for the new Carrollites was Kamfundwa or Mashamba West, but no carrollite has come from these localities to date.
