Analcime from
Copper Falls Mine, Copper Falls, Eagle Harbor Township, Keweenaw County, Michigan, USA

Locality type:Mine
Classification
Species:Analcime

Comments:When they are associated with good copper crystals they become objects to lust after. I am sure that the best of them would bring well over a thousand dollars but without the copper association these analcimes would probably not even make this list of notable localities. Also as rare pseudomorphs after feldspar(?).

Quality for species:Excellent - world class for species or very significant. (!!)
