Formula:
(Pd,Cu,Rh,Pt,Fe)3S2
author's formula: (Cu,Fe)1-x(Pd,Rh,Pt)2+xS2
Co-described with UM1990-14-E:AuCuPt, UM1990-15-E:CuPdPt, UM1990-01-As:CuPdPt, and UM1990-20-E:NiPtSn, the latter possibly identical to nisnite. Also associated is shandite and a Au-Cu-Ag alloy.
Found among many other PGE minerals in heavy mineral concentrates of alluvial origin. Occurs as a grain in cuprorhodsite.
May stand for the Pd analogue of UM1995-31-S:CuIrPdRhRu.
