One of 5 similar species co-described, the other 4 being UM1995-25-S:BiPbTe, UM1995-27-S:BiPbTe, UM1995-28-S:BiPbTe, and UM1995-29-S:BiPbTe.

Found in form of lamellar and tabular grains, up to 20 x 20 x 4 mm in size. Either resides in galena and calcite, or is intergrown with aleksite, pyrrhotite, and gold.

Electron microprobe analysis results (wt.%, mean of 2): Bi 36.87, Pb 33.57, Te 20.79, S 8.20, Sb 0.31, Ag 0.04, total 99.78. This corresponds to Pb1.92Bi2.09Sb0.03Te1.93S3.03.
