After reviewing the technical limitations of the game, we’ve decided that the game is best experienced on PC and laptop devices. It was originally designed and built with desktop platforms in mind, and certain interface and gameplay elements (the rhythm segments) do not translate reliably to mobile screens.
While a majority of the story is still accessible on some mobile devices, we cannot guarantee full functionality or an optimal experience outside of desktops. We will continue to make minor formatting adjustments where possible, but full mobile support is not planned at this time. We are sorry.

this game was so GOODDDD!! aaaa I love Haruki and Lucas so muchhhh the concept is so good! I LOVE THE DESIGNS!!!
i'd sell my left limb for this vn. oh my gosh. i LOVE beam. i love this vn. i love all the characters. i love the lore. i love everything about this. the concept—and beam—immediately caught my eye, and much to my pleasure, stream town has EXCEEDED my expectations in every way possible.
the cast is so felicitous and remarkable—their little quirks and frivolous interactions (along with their more solemn ones) kept me so amused throughout the course of this wonderful tale. i genuinely don't think i'll ever get these fun guys out of my head henceforth (also i LOVE beam so much i'm actually not kidding i'm talking about him on ALL of my socials with the biggest smile on his face. more beam content = true happiness. did i mention i love beam).
oh my goshh and the development, the worldbuilding, the art, aghhh i can't fathom how OBSESSED i am with everything about this visual novel.... i WILL be lurking, anticipating the next chapter!!!! everyone's efforts paid off sooosoo well shoutout to you, development team!!! you're doing amazing!!!! 10/10!!!! in sum i love stream town
I hadn't read that this was an ongoing game before I played, so now I must suffer... But in all seriousness, all good things take time, so I will gladly wait for the next part! This is one of the most creative games I've ever played and it makes me equal parts nervous and excited!! Btw, will you let us romance Dolores?? lol jk jk

holy shit I love this game so much, all the dynamics are so interesting and don't even get me started on the character designs, them all being sea creatures is so cool and there all so colorful, also PLEASE LET ME ROMANCE EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER, haha jk like not jk at all cuz I am NOT joking but like no pressure I just love all these interactions and I cant wait for the next part!!!

THIS GAME IS SO WONDERFUL MY GOODNESS!! Imo this is the best visual novel I've ever played. The concept is unique, the worldbuilding is phenomenal, the art is beautiful, the characterization is spectacular, and I could continue ranting on and on as to how many things I love about this game. I'm so excited to see where it goes in the future! Thank you so much for creating such an amazing, free visual novel :)!

Additionally, the amount of sprites that were included really reveal how passionate you all were about this game, which is something really admirable to me. ohhhh i really enjoyed this game... such a large cast and lively cast, and each with such fun designs!! having various minigames in it was very very fun as well... I often have some trouble getting into visual novels, but I ended up finishing this in just two sessions — though honestly I think the cast themselves did a LOT for that as well!!! they're all seriously just. super lovable and compelling !
I will say: you might want to make it so that there's a default stage name! I hit enter without putting anything in there, since I like to go with default names when I can, and... took depressingly long to realize that I'd just named her " ".... At the very least, it might be a good idea to prevent the game from accepting an empty field, lol! but that's the most major piece of critique I really have, and it's still a pretty minor thing :p
overall. the story is wacky & wild while still staying very grounded in many ways, and everything in it truly fits together so nicely. truly 10/10 work here. i was surprised at how many of my personal media biases it ended up hitting as well LOL... very excited to see more!

this game is already such a great experience, i was thoroughly invested all the way through!! the artstyle was what charmed me at first, then the writing and storyline hooked me in completely but the minigames were truely the cherry on top!!

I tried playing the game on mobile, but half the text gets cut off by continuing down the window (changed the preferences to fullscreen too, but didn't find a solution) and the first rhythm game was unplayable (the buttons did not react at all to me pressing them). The story is interesting and I love the plot, but I am disappointed I couldn't play it :(

At the moment, the mobile experience (especially on non-tablet devices) is not properly optimized. We are now aware the UI scaling can cause text to overflow and the rhythm mini-game is broken for mobile. In truth the browser version was added later in development so it hasn’t been fully adapted for all mobile screen sizes yet.
We’re actively looking into improving mobile compatibility so it’s more accessible! The game runs most reliably on desktop or tablet devices for now.
