Greetings cool cats and foxes! It's me again with another update. Alright, now in Suffragette City, (i.e-in this journal.) there are several places to veg out and have a groovy time. These places shall be in the form of posts, like this one here. Confused? Well then, for example, this post here represents "The Shag Lounge," a far out bar for foxy people to come and, like I said, veg out. If your character wants to go to "The Shag Lounge," they must post in the comments to this post. Note: This is not the only place to chill in Suffragette City. If you have any ideas for another hang out, let me know! You dig? (If not, please feel free to ask me or my partner in crime, speedlers, for help clarifying any questions you may have.)
Now, here's the skinny on "The Shag Lounge":
A spacious place, the Shag Lounge welcomes crowds and mobs, though it is usually quiet. It's walls are a dark brown color, while its floors are a groovy shade of red. It is centered around a fairly large bar with orange counter tops and bar stools. There is a small dance floor, however, the Shag Lounge is not a disco. People do dance, but it is nothing like other famous studios. *cough*
In the back of the room, there is a small stage for local musicians hoping to make it big to perform. Around that are several couches, loveseats, and other places for people to veg out while listening to groovy, unsigned 70s acts.
The type of crowd the Lounge draws in are usually young and flirtatious. It is notorious for being more than just a place to chill, if you catch my drift, cool cats.
(Note: NPC stands for non-playable character, which indicates that the character isn't bound to simply one person, but instead is up for grabs for all to use. Groovy?)
NPCs of the Shag Lounge:
The Bartender, who goes by the name of Tom. Tom is a fun loving, rule hating type of cat. He owns the Shag Lounge, and everyone who crosses the line must answer to him. He is cheerful and friendly, but he also happens to drink a wee bit much and tends to be a womanizer.
Various other employees that aren't too important to the role-play.
