| I doubt you guys recall me so here's the rundown:
I'm taking classes with him to satisfy my minor (which wouldn't be my minor if my school offered it as a major...yes, I'm bitter.) I had him for the first time last spring semester and came to adore him because, well, he's smart. Smart men rock, but I'm sure I don't need to tell you all that. Hearing him lecture tickles me pink because you can tell he's *so* into it. Plus he's funny in a sort of sarcastic way. Sarcastic men rock, too. He's rather ocd, which is awesome because I am too...his quirks make *sense* to me, lol. He's married with two young children but that's ok because, although I find him sexy, I don't actually want to be with him, you know? I totally like him for his mind and his personality.
Anyways, school started this week. I have him for two classes (in a row, no less!) and I think I'm coming to like him more than I did before. He's always struck me as a little bit uncomfortable dealing with people (until he gets used to them, that is) but he seems a lot looser with these two classes. Just before the spring semester ended I sent him an email asking for book recommendations. He sent me quite a lengthy response but with all that went on this summer I didn't get a chance to find any of the books. My goal right now is to find and read this particular book that sounds especially interesting and then ask him about it. I want to pick his brain.
Anyways, I just wanted to share these thoughts with like-minded people. :) | comments: 3 comments or Leave a comment |
| So...
Does anyone have any cool secrets to doing awesome in school? You know - something that isn't usually out in the open? Tricks to trade? Any Valedictorians and Suma Cum Lades? What's the dirty dirt-dirt?
I'll show you mine, if you show me yours, ;-). | comments: 6 comments or Leave a comment |

| I posted this previously in another community, but thought I would share it here too.
I'm glad that I am not alone. however, I am still alone in many ways, for I have not read or heard (yet) of anyone who has actually acted upon their feelings with their professor. and I'd like to keep most of my emotions and details for my journal, but I will give you the basics. I was 16 when I began falling in love with my 34 year old married teacher, 17 when we first had sex, and close to my 18th birthday when the school discovered our relationship. yes he was married. and yes he had 2 children. what followed were months of emotional distress, but as I am 19 now I have very much forgotten the hard times I encountered and gone on with my life.
he and I are still very much in communication with each other. sometimes I tell myself no more sex, and my desires get the better of me. and sometimes I'll call him as if I am an old friend. I've wondered why we don't stick to one aspect, but it has always been confusing like that. I don't think I will ever fully be able to get rid of the double life that I have been living for years now, but I am not sure that I want to.
I am a first-hand account that this does in fact happen. I firmly believe that love happens, sex happens, FEELINGS happen. and no one should be able to interfere with that. those who try are bystanders who don't take any consideration into the fact that there may have been feelings and emotions involved. this doesn't involve those who are closest to him and I, but those who interfere merely to save their own reputations. I stand by all of you with whatever may happen in your relationships, whether it is a simple crush that you will never act on, or you have fallen in love with a man much older than you and you can only hope that someday he will feel the same. I only hope that some of you will come to me for support, come to me with any questions you have, anything... I not only have been holding the biggest secret of my life for so long, but I will hold yours too.
sincerely, L. | comments: 24 comments or Leave a comment |

| I hope most of you can sympathize with this story...
So, my Evil Plan (my teacher crush, who will we shall call John from here on in, especially for those who didn't read that link to my journal a while back) makes me happy very easily and definately without meaning it.
This past friday evening we had a function/talent show of sorts in the high school common room. The show is run by a club I'm slightly in charge of (meaning I'm one of several officers). I, sadly enough, could not go, but I knew John would be there (he's one of the two faculty advisors). So today one of my friends appraoched me to tell me a story. See, all my friends pity me, hehe.
But anyway, he parked in my parking space! Okay, okay, so I know that doesn't sound all that exciting, but my parents oh so lovingly bought me a parking space right in front of the school (someone scratched up my car last year, long story). There's this little sign with my full name on it and everything (I feel like such an uber-dork, but it's GREAT for rainy days!).
So anyway, even though he probably just parked in front of it because of its close proximity to the front doors, I kinda like to think he got some sort of perverse pleasure out of it. I can totally picture his headlights falling on the sign and illunimating my name and he does his little smirk thing when he realizes where he's parked.
Anyway, just letting everyone in on how sadly in love with this man I am. *blushes* | comments: 5 comments or Leave a comment |
| Ok, so I chopped off all my hair. I've got chin length layers on the sides that curl up around my ears and the back is like, an inch long...spikable. With my new geeky glasses I look very much like innocent schoolgirl-ish (mu-hahaha!)
So anyways I walk into class and he goes "You cut your hair!" and he's smiling, right? So I'm smiling back, kinda run my hands through the back and go "Yeeahh..." and he goes "Oh you noticed?" with an even bigger grin. Then the cute teacher's assistant walks in and hearing us speak about it, chuckles and says "I thought we had a new student" (I'm still trying to figure out if he was somewhat serious in saying that...I mean, this was pretty drastic...the lady checking IDs at this bar the other night had to look twice at me cause I look so different from my pic now) Anyways, somebody else needed his attention and so he smiles at me and says "It looks nice, very becoming."
*Squeal* He used the word 'becoming' to describe it...you don't know what that kind of talk does to me...an almost old-fashioned touch...*sigh*
I had my doubts about pulling this style off but now... :) | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |
