| Fruits Basket - Shigure/Akito - Crooked Teeth [mini-mix] |
[15 Jun 2010|10:14am] |
Fandom: Fruits Basket
Subject: Shigure/Akito
Title: Crooked Teeth
Warnings: a bit spoiler-y if you haven't read the whole series.
Notes: making this mini-mix kind of enamored me to this pairing, even more. it's mostly focused on the turmoil and betrayal they created for themselves, and akito's position as the head of the family and the issues twisted around it -- it's a bit dark and sexy, and doesn't quite touch on their happy ending. (seriously, i had happier songs but the mix clicked once i cut them) enjoy!
for those haunted; a pair of bitter lovers.
i hope it's okay to post (akito) fanmixes here! ♥

| King Of Pain - An Akito Sohma Fanmix |
[07 May 2009|11:46pm] |
Hello hello! This is an Akito fanmix, made after not making anything for the Fruits Basket fandom in a very, very long time. He's one of my favorite characters of all time though, so I figured I ought to pay tribute.
Just so everyone knows, this is the anime version of Akito, except for one song.

Title: Making Progress
Summary: Several months before their wedding, the relationship between Akito and Shigure is still very much a work-in-progress.
Characters: Akito, Shigure, Hatori
Rating: T; some swearing, some adult themes.
Genre: Romance/Drama/Humor
Spoilers: Set post-series; spoilers for the whole of the manga series.
Story Status: Complete
If you'd rather read this in Chapter format, I've posted it here on Fanfiction.net.
Author's notes: Chapter 1 is just a short prologue, to give the reader background for the story which continues in more detail in Chapter 2.
There are no original characters in this story - Akito's elderly maid was a familiar character in the manga; and I chose to give her the name of Tanaka Miyoko, which is a fairly generic Japanese name, as it was easier for me to write about her if she had a name.
7,329 words.
This will be cross-posted to a few communities.
As always, comments, constructive criticism, and praise, however faint, are all greatly desired and will be appreciated. *^^*

Title: The Embrace of God
Fandom: Fruits Basket
Rating: M
Pairing: Central Akito/Tohru, hints of Kyo/Tohru and Yuki/Tohru
Summary: She ventured downstairs upon overhearing her name being mentioned. But nothing could have prevented her from hearing what was so heartbreaking that it sent her running away from the home she once had and into the arms of the person she had least expected.
Disclaimer: I do not own Fruits Basket.
Beware: Some chapters are getting pretty long.
Reviews are nice, but I'm also looking for criticism.

I've updated my Akito fansite, Goddess, with some new graphics xD I am trying to look for any Fruits Basket sites to advertise/affiliate with, but I can't seem to find any. If anyone could help, that'd be awesome.
Also, is there anything anyone would like to submit to the site? Graphics/Fan Art/Fiction, etc... Anything would be amazing and would really make things so much easier for me. I hate bothering people with emails about adding things, so XD
I am also working on some new Akito AMVs, so if there are any requests for songs I'd be happy to fulfill them to the best of my abilities!
Thanks a lot, guys x

I was just curious if anyone out there would be interested in, in, in randomly talking about Akito on AIM or email or something like that~ Oh, no, no, no, not a stalker, preeaasee~ I'm not a stalker that is!
Well, I mean, maybe as a way of exploring other possibilities that could've happened with Akito, yada, yada, to gather fic ideas here and there maybe~ Preferably someone who's read KareKano too?
Just really poking around! Because, because, my friends aren't very big Furuba fans... much less Akito fans...
But it's okay if you ignore me, wah ;3; Just trying wah!

Hello...
I've been looking all around the web and I can't find what I'm looking for, but I figured this might be the place to ask...
Could anyone maybe tell me which episodes Akito is in on the anime?
I think having a list like that, with only Akito on motion would be a great help to all of us who like to make AMVs, so we don't have to donwload every single episode just to find him.
Thank you in advance

After the storm, Kyo has finally been accepted by someone he cares for. After the storm there is always a silent peace. But the question is, will the peaceful silence last long? As the raindrops reflect the gleaming sun, will another storm be brewing above the horizon?

Merry Wintertime everybody! This was actually one of the first communities I joined on LJ, but I've never actually posted on it until now.
As you might have guessed by the icon, Shikito is my ultimate OTP... I adore them both and their relationship to pieces, so I saw it only fitting that I try and make a fanmix/FST of them. Hope you enjoy!
