Violetice,
Reading through your profile for Zel, this line stood out:
"Zel is a take-charge, leader type of person. Because of this, many people (mis)read her as a bitch."
I know a lot of people like this, so I really enjoyed trying to draw Zel reflecting on the fact that people see her in this way and how discouraging and upsetting I imagine it would be for her.
I hope you like it ^^ Zel was very challenging, but fun, to draw for my first 'trade' here. LOL

| Round Sign Up Early |

Almost all of you have art turned in already, so I thought, why not? This way in all the New Years stress and hustle, you can sign up early! This round has no theme, next round, February, will have a couples theme for Valentines Day. And then it looks like March will either be Monochrome or Pirate themed. I'll put up another poll a little closer to that. Monochrome seems cool to me, using all shades of one color and such. For those Photoshop users who'd like an easy route for that I know you can just whup that baby into duotone and do some fun color flipping ^-^;;
Anyywwayys, my holidays are very very stressful this year, we host Christmas here and my mom is in the hospital, so I'm doing a lot of the work for hosting my relatives and house chores. I'm going to pack up and head back to college on the 2nd and I'm sure I won't have a lot of down time... so if anyone would like to help me and do the emails for January I'd be very thankful. If not, I'll be doing my best to finish them on time for you all!

Hee. Okay. Who's still missing art? ... Oh wait. I'm supposed to know that. Right. I'll look that up. edge_chan, akuyume, magiccrackers, and wingedwolf_2004 please turn your art in by the 31st! If you need some more time, or whatever, please just comment here and let me know the circumstances. I promise that everyone here is understanding about things.
All of you who've turned your art in, feel free to sign up! It's about time for another fun round I think. This month GENDER BEND round. You draw their character in the opposite gender that they usually are. I'm considering Couples round next month. Anyone got some fun ideas of themes to try out? Most of them haven't gotten a lot of response, other than couples and gender bend, which I'm happy to continue, but if anyone has a new fun idea I think we should try them!
