2:21 am - Cassandra

meliadawn	10x10" Acrylic on Canvas Cassandra was named for the Oracle because of her spiral pattern on her third eye. She is definately a cat with some attitude. But then it had to be a bit frustrating to know the future and not have anyone listen..... Please check out 99 Cats and a Bird for further updates on this project.

1:21 am - Homage to Mucha

meliadawn	Well this week's illustration Friday's theme is Homage. So I did an Homage to Mucha. I love his illustrations and it fit right in with my fascination with mandalas. Not sure what to call the drawing. Although, I am thinking that it will be a painting before I am done. It is just calling out for some watercolor. 8x10" pen and ink And of course reproductions can be found at cafepress.
