About me:
I'm a 23 year-old daydreamer. Currently, I work at a Title I Elementary School in the Special Education department as an Instructional Assistant. I'm taking part of a unique cohort program that allows me to get my Masters in Special Education over the next couple of years. I studied anthropology, sociology, classics, art, and women's studies in college and enjoy playing with ideas from each genre. I read, a lot. My friends and I enjoying watching good movies, but we absolutely love watching bad ones.
I have, on occasion, written fan-fiction. It might appear in this journal. I've also done graphics work in the past, but that's less likely to appear.
I love the Red Sox, hockey, and Scotland. I'm told that I might be a little obsessed with plaid, gingham, and tartan patterns. I spent a year volunteering with AmeriCorps and the American Red Cross and continue to enjoy helping out through those organizations. I have a cat named Fiona, whom is allowed to sleep on the bed.
