Skin & Aging

For the first time in my life, my skin is showing signs of aging.  A sun spot here, a wrinkle there... It's troubling me.  

Have any of you found an anti-aging skin treatment that actually works?  I have some retin-A, but it makes my skin peel so bad that I hate using the stuff.  Advice?
