This is an icontest community featuring cat macros.
You must JOIN in order to submit icons and see the voting posts.

| 1. All submissions must be cat macros |
| 2. The icon must be made by you. |
| 3. You must be a member to submit icons. |
| 4. All icons must be within the LJ requirments. That's 40kb and 100x100. |
| 5. ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS. |
| 6. Do not get on multiple accounts to vote for your icon or any other icon. |
| 7. Be sure to use a reliable host for your icon. |
| 8. If you would like to use an icon please comment and ask the maker first. |
| Submitting | |
Each week, there will be a submit post where you will reply in a comment entering your icon.
All posts will be screened. You must be a member to enter. You may enter 1 icon.
