Clearing tabs today, I found a drabble prompt mergatrude left for me, oh, 4½ months ago? /o\ And impulse-wrote a drabble:

Guo Changcheng /& Chu Shuzhi, canon AU, G-rated, tragically lacking in cute shippiness, for the prompt "Can we turn on the lights?"

Is anyone else finding Gmail to be extremely crappy atm? It keeps saving drafts that I've already sent, so my threads are confusing, and taking ages to refresh, and IDK. Maybe it's using all its energy on the suckfest that is Hangouts. *grumpy*

(Also, if anyone can recommend an easy/convenient Gchat-like thing, please do! I really really miss the little green, orange and red dots.)

So, after I posted yesterday's drabble, I had some doubts and over-thinking and took it down again. I think it suffers from my not actually being in the fandom. But here it is for completeness anyway.

My writing's been completely stuck lately. I'm theoretically working on two stories (one White Collar, one Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, both tropey), but I get lost in media consumption and barely open the Word docs. The most fun I've had writing in the last few months was for the Multifandom Drabble Exchange, so I've decided to try writing a drabble a day for a week, to see if that helps to shake something loose.
