Title: A Woman with a Past Pairing: Renee/Woody Rating: PG Genre: Romance Words: 1, 464 Disclaimer: I don’t own Crossing Jordan or any of it’s characters. Author’s Notes: My quote prompt was from Dorothy Parker:
If, with the literate, I am Impelled to try an epigram, I never seek to take the credit; We all assume that Oscar said it.
But I didn’t really get it, so I didn’t use it so much. I was however, rather inspired by this Sunday’s episode, A Man in Blue and the Joe Nichols song, A Man with a Memory. Check out the lyrics here. This takes place after Jump, Push, Fall and before A Man in Blue. Finally, I've left the end rather open but I haven't decided if I want to continue with the story. So please, let me know what you think, good or bad. Enjoy!
Summary: How far can he sink without her knowing it? She sees him one night, indulging in his poison, and she is reminded of the one she could not save. Can she save him before he drowns in his seductive poison? (Lily/Garret)
Disclaimer: I don't own Crossing Jordan. At all.
A/N: This idea came to me after watching Locard's Exchange once again. I began to see similarities between Lily's mother and Garret and I decided to play on it a little. Enjoy.
Quote: I never think about the future, it comes soon enough - Albert Einstein.
Okay memo to me, no more fics longer than 3000 words to post on livejournal. I hope this is the last part.
TITLE: The Prodigal
PART: 3
WORDS: 16,688
RATING: R
GENRE: Slash Romance/Angst
SUMMARY: After Jump, Push, Fall someone returns to Boston.
DISCLAIMER: I don’t own any of the characters on Crossing Jordan or the show itself.
A/N: The events in this fic parallel ‘There’s No Place Like Home 2' and are seen through the eyes of a cast member who I wish had been there. The pairing occurred to me after I accepted this challenge and now I want to write more of it. I don’t think anyone has ever written a fic with this pairing before and I hope you enjoy it.
QUOTE- Age is opportunity no less, Than youth itself, though in another dress, And as the evening twilight fades away, The sky is filled with stars, invisible by day. ~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
**Warning** - This fic depicts a male/male relationship. If this sort of thing offends you then please do not read past the cutline. There is an uncut version of this with lots of smut, which will be posted on adult fanfiction at http://www.adultfanfiction.net/aff/
I tried to load this all in one entry but livejournal wouldn't let me so let's see if I can get the rest of it here.

TITLE: Hold on PART: 1/1 WORDS: 1626 RATING: PG-13 GENRE: Angst, General CHARACTERS/PAIRING: Jordan/Garret SPOILER: 5.03 (starts with the end of “Under the weather”) SUMMARY: Jordan needs someone to comfort her, and Garret is the one who is able to show her that she is not alone, that there are still people in her life, who cares. DISCLAIMER: Nothing’s mine. I borrowed all Crossing Jordan characters and plots from Tim Kring, and I will return everything to them after having some fun. A/N: My entry for the Challenge on Livejournal Community cjrareathon. The quote, which had to inspire me in any way, was “A woman wears her tears like jewelry. Inspired also by Garretelliot’s “As time goes by”. A really great story. I like the pairing she chose ;-) (Check it out on fanfiction.net…) Thank you very much, garretelliot for your big, big help!!
Okay, yes, I'm a bad, BAD mod. I totally spaced, and forgot to open up the comm to posting. It's open now, and I'll be making a master list on the 10th, after which point no stories will be added to the list.
1. This ficathon is for rare pairings and gen (yes, slash is allowed). In simple terms, no Jordan/Woody. Also, no Bug/Nigel.
Not that I have anything against Jordan/Woody...except that I do, but this ficathon is about the RARE pairings, and everywhere you turn you can find Jordan/Woody fic. As for Bug/Nigel, it's totally THE fanon slash pair.
2. Good spelling, grammar, capitalization and punctuation are compulsory. This is not negotiable. Use a beta. If you can't find one, comment to the community with a request.
3. The fic you write should be at least 1000 words in length.
4. Please don't post your fic anywhere until you post it here, after November, 30.
5. Feel free to comment or e-mail with any questions or suggestions.
6. PIMP IT!

When you leave a comment, I'll reply with a quote which will come from various sources. Your quote doesn't have to be part of the fic, it can be your inspiration, put at the beginning, read by a character, I don't care. It's only there to give you ideas. Take it however you want.
Once a number has been selected, it can't be selected again.
