| Nothing to do this weekend? |
[21 Mar 2006|11:05pm] |
Come see TUS drama's performance of Bye Bye Birdie!, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm. Tickets are $7 each, and the show is in the theater. You can laugh at how lame our school is for creating the senior song thing from a fucking chant/cheer thing from this show! Or see your friends, whatever.
On a related note, if anybody has a rotary phone that they could bear to lend to us for the next few days, I would be eternally grateful and possibly have your babies.

So, the week before midterms senior year= week from hell for a good 75% of us. Don't let it happen to you.. yell at your teachers when they start piling on the projects all for the same days! They'll probably be nicer to all of you guys, anyway, since our grade seems to get the shit end of a lot of deals, but don't let them do this again. It sucks.

Auditions for Ursuline's spring musical, Bye Bye Birdie, are being held this Friday (December 16th) and next Monday (December 19th), in the theater at 4 o'clock. You will be asked to sing. The show will run on the 24th and 25th of March. If you have any questions, you can comment them or otherwise communicate them to me, or you can ask Mrs. Scarella. She's in the guidance office, 2nd floor new, for those of you who don't know.

It's play time, which means it's for me to annoy you all again. TUS Drama Presents: Pygmalion Friday night at 7:30 Saturday matinee at 2:00 Saturday night at 7:30
It's in the theater, as one would hope. Tickets are on sale in the cafeteria during lunch periods, $5 each, and they'll be on sale at the door in case it does not sell out. And you all have my permission to throw tomatoes at stage crew if any set change takes longer than 30 seconds.

Tryouts for Ursuline's fall play, Pygmalion, are tomorrow and Friday from 4:30 to 6:30. Trying out is good, and if you know boys that want to act.. MAKE THEM COME! We're short on boys since they've basically all graduated and not been replaced. This is not a musical, so if you're more into singing, this may not be up your alley. Audition sheets are available outside the guidance office, and anybody with questions can comment them here, or ask Scarella! Familiarizing yourself with the script sides is recommended. I meant to post this earlier, so those who are interested would have time to be aware, but.. I'm a douche and forgot. Sorry. Come onnnn, the shows are so much fun!

| Senior/freshman sister questions.. |
[12 Sep 2005|11:44pm] |
When you were a freshman, did whatever gift your senior sister got for you matter to you? I remember mostly everyone got candy. Is there anything that would absolutely have made that whole awfully awkward experience better, in your opinion? I feel somewhat responsible for the fact that the "sister" thing sucks, and wish that I could somehow make up for it, I guess? Anyway. Input please!

| I post in here too much; get over it. |

So, I wonder how Davidson is planning to enforce the 3 skirt infraction means pants rule. I mean, I was practically the spokesperson for those damn things for three years (7th/8th/9th grades..), but I will not be made to wear them ever again. What happens if you just, ya know, don't wear the stupid things? That's my plan. They can't have that many pairs of pants. Not that I have a terribly skanky skirt, but... 3 inches probably isn't going to happen.
How many seniors' English classes are fucked up? Just mine? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Oh, and if the Ring Day theme is posted in here, some of us will cry. So, don't do it. Please. Hopefully none of us will pull a Natalie Hauser if we do find out, but try not to let us unless we specifically ask? Thanks.

YO, SENIORS! Our quilt squares are definitely due next week. Has anyone started? Has anyone not lost theirs? Would one of you responsible people that didn't lose yours be so kind as to let me know what size they have to be and if you know if there's a specific fabric they need to be? I'd be forever indebted, which could mean some serious homework help for you if you wanted..

For the second time in the past three days, I have to tell you guys- come see the middle school's show, How to Eat Like a Child tonight! It's at 7:30 in the theater. Those little fuckers were amazing last night, and if you have nothing to do, it's a really good way to spend an hour. Sorry to be annoying!
