| Community Description: | A place for anyone involved in customer service to rant, complain and let off steam. |
This community is for all those who encounter customers who truly suck in their line of work. From retail to call centres to waitressing, and any other job that involves customer contact, you are free to post your encounters with annoying, rude, or just plain stupid customers.
Some rules apply to this community.
Witnessed sucks, sucks that happened to your coworker/spouse/BFF/etc are okay.
The community is set to minimize its visibility in search engines. This does NOT guarantee that your posts will not be found by you coworker, boss, or the general public. You are free to lock your posts, but always leave comments enabled.

- Try to stay on topic. I won't police who does or doesn't count as a customer, nor who sucked enough. However, as this community is about customers who suck, that's broadly what you should be posting about.
- Play nice. This includes but is not limited to:
- Do not call people names or resort to ad hominems.
- Do not wank for the sake of wank.
- If you must call someone out on the content of their post or comment, do so in a civil manner.
- Despite asking members to play nice, this community is not snugglenets.
- Customers suck because of what they do, not because of who they are or what they look like. Describing the people in your post is fine; describing them in a racist, sexist, bigoted or otherwise needlessly pejorative manner is not fine.
