I can't sleep at night lately. I try to get to sleep around 12:30-ish. I usually end up nodding off closer to 5 a.m. Not fun. I'm exhausted but unable to sleep. It's the suck. I know of a few cures for this but one would make me a little unsteady in the morning and the other is not readily available. I wish it was though.
I have a story about getting pulled over by the police in Krum (if you know where that is). I just can't be bothered to type it all out right now. I'll do it later.
That's it for now. Keep on keepin' on.

So Robin is apparently moving back to AZ. Her truck is broken and she needed to get some stuff from her mom's.
Her mom lives in Krum. I don't know if you're familiar but its a little hick town on the other side of Denton. It has maybe one road that runs through it.
I take her out there. She gets her shit and we leave. Simple. I'm at the ONE stop sign in Krum and I see a police car on the side of the road. No big deal. I'm going the speed limit, and I have my new registration in the car. Just haven't put it on the window yet.
Whattaya know? He pulls me over. Asks for my license and insurance and all that good stuff. I give it to him and he goes back to his car. I wait. He returns and our conversation goes as follows:
Cast of characters
Country Bumpkin Policeman - Speaks with the worst hick accent I have ever heard.
Sweet Innocent Jennifer- I'm sweet and innocent!
CBP: You live in Duncanville?
SIJ: Yes, sir.
CBP: What are you doing out here?
SIJ: I was taking my friend here to get her stuff from her mom's.
CBP: Where are you going now?
SIJ: To take her back to her house.
CBP: Where's you get this car at?
SIJ: (very confused) Uh, the BMW dealership.
CBP: Is it yours?
SIJ: Yes, sir.
CBP: You got a husband?
SIJ: No, sir.
CBP: Are you Caucasian?
SIJ: For all intents and purposes I am, sir.
CBP: Huh?
SIJ: Yes, sir. I'm caucasian.
CBP: You been drinking tonight? 'Cause you awful happy.
At this point I just stared at the man blankly with my mouth hanging open. Did he really say that?
SIJ: Uh, no sir.
CBP: Go home then.
