How do I download my files?
Right after checkout on the confirmation page, from the email we send you, and anytime later from your purchase history (sign in with the email you bought with).
The download doesn’t work or the ZIP won’t open.
Try another browser or a desktop computer, and check your spam folder for our email. To open ZIP files, a free tool such as 7-Zip helps. Still stuck? Write to us and we’ll send you the files again — or another way that works for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with PayPal. The available methods are shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If something isn’t right, write to us within 30 days with your order number and we’ll fix it or refund you.
There is a problem with my order; what do I do?
Write to us and include your order number or the email you bought with. We’ll sort it out — whether it’s a payment, a download or a missing file.
What are the licensing terms of the products?
Every bundle comes with the Dealjumbo Extended Commercial License: personal and commercial use, client work and unlimited sales of the products you create. You can’t resell or share the files themselves. Read the full license or our guide in plain words.
Can I use the designs on Etsy and print-on-demand sites?
Yes. In your own shop you can use them as they are. On marketplaces and print-on-demand sites, make them your own (add text, change colours or the composition) and never pass the source files to customers.
Are the offers real?
Yes. Every bundle is put together with its designers, and the price you see is the price you pay (plus VAT where it applies). The “value” is what the same items would cost separately with an extended license.
Are these deals exclusive to Dealjumbo?
Many are. We negotiate the bundles directly with the designers, and most of them are only sold here at this price.
How often do the deals change?
New deals arrive every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Subscribe to the newsletter to get each one by email.
How long do the deals last?
It varies. Some deals run for a limited time and show a countdown on their page; others stay available without an end date.
Can I get a deal that has expired?
No, once the deals are expired, they are no longer available. We want to offer the best possible deals and that is often accomplished by limiting the amount of time that it is available on the website.
Are the Freebies really free?
Yes. Enter your email on the freebie’s page and we send you the download link. Almost all freebies can be used commercially too; a few have the designer’s own, stricter license — it’s always shown on the freebie’s page.
How do I install a font?
Unzip the download, double-click the OTF or TTF file and click Install. Step by step for Windows and Mac: how to install fonts.
Do I have to create an account to use your site?
No. You can buy as a guest with your name and email; an account is optional.
How can I see what I have ordered?
We email a confirmation of every order that is placed. You can also see your order history when you access your account on the website.
How do I change my email or any other personal information?
Sign in and open your account settings. To change the email of your newsletter subscription, use the “update preferences” link at the bottom of any newsletter.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your card number.
