This has been tried numerous times. Both by me and my little brother, I got nothing but screamed at by him that "You dont know what it's like, you dont have kids, you dont have my problems, what do you know" ect. ect. Hell, he wont even talk to me on the phone anymore. We havent "talked" to each other in over a year. Yes I saw him only a month ago at my grandfather's funeral, and we barely spoke.
I actually think him going to prison for a decent amount of time MIGHT straiten him out. But he has never done anything "too" bad to get thrown away for a year or more. He skirts the law like he feels some stupid thrill at laughing at the system.
One day he will have a judge look at his record and seriously throw the book at him. I honestly cant wait until that day, he may save himself before he goes too far.
But I dont hold out hope.
