>>>Sorry it's been so long. I've been doing so much shit that I feel like my head it about to sprout wings and fly off my neck. Most of this stuff has been relatively good, and some bad. But then again, that's life. Brief overview:

>>>I found someone. =D His name is Dan, and he's definitely one of the hottest guys I've ever known. Define hott: Wears black, has bleached blond hair, wears black eyeliner, paints his fingernails black, has his tongue, lip and both of his ears pierced, and of course, he has a personality to match. Unlike my last boyfriend, Dan actually TALKS. He doesn't just sit there with this look on his face that always says, "Make out with me," you know what I mean? Of course, kissing him is nice, heheh. But if he has a thought/opinion about something, he says it. It's a huge break to not have to badger my guy until he spills the beans. Sometimes we just want to know what our boyfriends are thinking about, and it's great to have a guy that not only tells me, but asks me the same question! Oh, and like myself, he has a fishnet fetish. =)

>>>The other cool thing about this guy is that he's not easily bored. With the difficulties that I have with my feet, it's not easy for me to just leave the house and walk around for hours on end. But that's okay, because aside from the fact that he has fallen arches in his feet which means he knows what having painful feet is about (although he does wear these huge-ass black boots that support his arches so he CAN walk), he's a talker (thank God!) so sitting around and talking for long periods of time is perfectly fine with him. Wow, this is really nice. It's just too bad that A: he's a senior so the only class we have together is drama, and B: he's moving to Victoria, BC, Canada sometime this summer, so that'll suck major ass when that rolls around. But one of my favorite phrases is "live for the moment," and that's exactly what I intend to do as long as we're together.

***So sorry it's been so long. This past week has been hell. Between Mom screaming at me every five minutes, Valium's boyfriend breaking up with her, George not calling Britt for three days and all the other shit at school, I feel like I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Literally. I know that all of this sounds like typical stuff that I'm just being a drama queen about, but it's a lot more than that. I don't wanna spill all the details just because there is an endless list of them. But I will give it to you in a nutshell.

***Conferences at school were going fine until my chemistry teacher told Mom and me my overall grade, which was a D. In my school you have to maintain a B average in order to keep going, so I can't come back in the fall for my junior year. I mean, to me it's not that big of a deal, just because I don't wanna keep going to NWA anyway. I miss all the close friends I have that go to Westview, which is clear across town from NWA. But does Mom understand any of that? Noooo of course not! What was I, born yesterday?! Anyway, she's talking to me like I'm nothing but a failure and my whole future has been sealed for me, but you know what? I know I'll do better at Westview, mainly because I'll be socially happy, and I'll be able to handle the workload and go far with my grades.

***Mom seems to think that Westview is infested with Asian gangs, drugs, crime of all sorts and all that good shit. But the reality is that it's not. Yes, there are cop cars outside the school most of the time, but that's only because they're doing what they can to PREVENT all the things that go on in high school that give them their bad reputation. Britt, who is practically my sister, goes there so I'll be able to ease myself into her crowd of friends. So it's not like I'll end up being sucked into "the wrong crowd."

***Maybe I won't become a leading pediatrician like Mom wants me to. Maybe I won't be living in the West Hills in a mansion with enough money to keep everyone including distant relatives comfortable for the rest of their lives. But I hate living here, and Mom hates the fact that she has a big, scary, rebelious goth living under her roof. I want to go live with Britt, travel to Scotland and see George and Ronnie. I want to move so far away that everyone who has ever caused pain in my life (lots of people) won't be able to reach me. I'm living in the middle of Suburbia, which means that I'm constantly judged and labeled as being either a "juvenille delinquent," "emo" or "goth." And I hate it. Fuck everybody living around me (except for a few people, of course).

***Yeah. Awww, pity Ashley. Well folks, pity party's over for now. It was fun but I have to go take a nice cold shower and clear my head.
