Question
[edit]Hi. I plan to work on the Iberian War article in the coming weeks and bring it to GA status; I intend to make it a Good Topic. I noticed that the article is regularly edited and, as a result, it has a higher level of protection. Are there any specific issues that I should be aware of before starting work on it? Thank you. - @A.Cython: There is a regular "subculture" of editors (including some itinerant sockpuppets) whose favorite pastime is to change the outcome of ancient battles in favor of their preferred nation/religion/whatever, and this article has received its share of attention. Pending changes protection appears to keep the situation reasonably under control and should enable you to work in relative peace on the GA procss. Favonian (talk) 22:02, 30 September 2026 (UTC)
