When the subject of an article is from a place where government communications/the media/formal scholarship is not in English, I like to seek out any sources in the relevant languages and/or enlist help of speakers of said languages in regards to AFDs. @Rusty Cat: Thank you for the message! I started the article as a redirect to Oolong. Many edits later, User:Cormogeon turned it into a disambiguation page. I didn't set up the disambiguations.
