Smell. Right now I have small children growing up. I would not want to miss watching them do things. I also would not wish to miss their calls for assistance, no matter what time it was. Hugs are rather tactile. Smell and taste are rather related. There can be a portion of the year that due to weather changes I am extremely congested. So I know I can live without smelling for awhile.

Fraternal titles. Mostly in the masons or oddfellows. It all started with one person suggesting that instead of sitting on the hard side-line benches I might be more comfortable in the comfy officer's chair. Just for this one night. There was no obligation to continue or sit in it ever again. Sure there was not. I am now a Past (insert head office name here) of seven different bodies. I admit it was great fun each time.
