alrighty, newish info.. as of 3/06 "3/10/06Ok,so I lied. I have a nice little update for you guys today. As some of you may know, Max and the guys from Eve 6 became friends with a local band out of Long Island, New York called Bandcamp back at the end of Eve 6's touring days. Max and the lead singer of Bandcamp Matt hit it off and stayed friends afterwards. Fast forward from 2004 to this year and Bandcamp has been signed to a major record deal (with E.V.L.A records, a branch of Atlantic). When Bandcamp was in the studio in L.A recording, Matt called Max to come and do some guest vocals on a song called "Situation Lose Lose" inspired by Matt (and Bandcamp's) respect for Eve 6. The CD isn't dropping until this Spring or Summer, but without further ado is a 1:30 clip of the song "Situation Lose Lose" (the part where you can hear Max's vocals LOUD and CLEAR! Situation Lose Lose Clip. The above song is from the forthcoming Bandcamp record and is ©2006 Bandcamp, Matthew Bair, and E.V.L.A" you can find this at the home page of www.eve6mediahq.com and you can download a clip of "Situation Lose Lose" ! "OTHER NEWS - For all of the people asking about the rumored Tony Fagenson/Max Collins project, unfortunately there is no news to report. Last I heard they were still working on writing. Today I went to my History class here at Michigan State & when the Professor showed & pulled up the white projector screen, the following was written on the blackboard in huge chalk letters: Quote du Jour: "At least i'm breathing At least i'm alive As long as i'm dreaming Everything's gonna be alright" EVE6 Complete with the backwards second E in the band name. I found all of this amusing & am glad that the band & their work (esp the newer stuff) is not forgotten, as I hope they never will be. anyone else experience similar occurances elsewhere? |

ello all, well i was lucky enough to see Max play last night in Hollywood. met with him afterwards and talked. he was so nice, i'm hoping that i'll be able to drag my friend out or sweet talk my mom into taking me to the next two shows. i took some pictures that i'll post soon.. i gotta go get those developed, but i'm hoping by the end of the night i'll have 'em. i really liked his new stuff, it reminded me more of the first Eve 6 album lyrically, which was my personal favourite. yeah, i guess that's all i have now, i'll post some of the pictures later tonight hopefully. |

| so yeah i am going to go to the st louis eve6 show in july but i still dont know what hotel to stay at if anybody has any kind of idea where to stay that would be appreciated cause i am driving their from massachusetts. ohh yeah and i got my first tattoo ever and guess what it is, an eve6 logo hell yeah i am so proud that i got it now i was kinda iffy but i figured how much they have changed my life since the first time i saw them in 98 they deserve the rite to be my first one so it still kinda hurts when i hit it cause i got it yesterday but it will be healed in time for the show so i can show the guys well got to go drive around caus it is too fucking hot in this house. buh byes | ||||

hey, i've been a fan since Inside Out came out and i kinda dropped the ball on them, cause of school and stuff, so i just found out about the break up. it's really hurting. anyway, pain aside, i'm curious if anyone has a copy of Eleventeen. i've read the lyrics and i'm in love with it. i don't know if i can find it around here, i haven't really looked much yet, but if anyone here has it i'd be willing to pay for a burned copy of it, cause i know i wouldn't want to part with the original. if anyone can help me out i'll love you forever, and give you some money. heh. thank you so much, it means a lot. |
