Fail_fandomanon started out about one thing- a place to complain about convention policies, warnings and special snowflakes. It has evolved into being an anon meme about almost everything fandom related.

F_FA has been described as suffering from "Death by Earnestness". We know this, and we own it.

We love poetry about fungus.

If any friends-locked material, personally identifying information (full real names or locations etc) or photographs of fans are posted the thread will be deleted. Deliberate non-anon comments without a compelling reason to exist will be deleted, and the poster may be banned.

Some handy tips:

append ?view=flat to see a view of the comments in chronological order. The last page will be the latest ones.

Anon/Nonnie/Nonny=the people posting comments here
AYRT=anon you replied to
DA=different anon
DD= details, details
ITT=in this thread
NA=new anon
OP=thread starter
SA=same anon

Easy way to track threads: Create a disposable Gmail. Create a sock puppet Dreamwidth account. Set the account to track all responses to the post. Have all comments emailed to you. Gmail will sort them by threads.

Even easier way: Download Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey. Than add the "LJ New Comments" script. Script is located here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/2494 (mirror: http://userscripts-mirror.org/scripts/show/2494.html), and it identifies new comments and threads.

Other Nifty Stuff:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1939/

This nifty add-on allows you to open text links in a new tab by double-clicking them. Pretty useful for an anon meme.

This Dreamwidth site for FFA is no longer the backup site for the LiveJournal FFA community, but the main site. See http://fail-fandomanon.livejournal.com/86551.html and http://fail-fandomanon.dreamwidth.org/86764.html

Only F_FA mods can join this comm. Other membership requests will be rejected. Get yourself banned over at the rules post if you want to avoid anon!failing: Fail Fandom Anon Rules Post
