Are you fed-up with garbage, full-of-shit sites where nobody actually communicates, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter? Do you wish your old friends who've migrated to those sites would return to LiveJournal? The the_lj_revival community has been set up with that aim in mind, and you are invited to join it. If you are already on LiveJournal and still have a Facebook profile, and would like to see more people returning to LJ or setting up accounts here, we invite you to post a link to this community on your Facebook Timeline. If you would like to find out who is still using LiveJournal and make contact with those who are already here, you are invited to copy and paste the 'about me' questions on the profile page and post them with your answers to the community.
My boss gave me this assignment on Wednesday, and it's due "asap." Except he had jury duty on Thursday and Friday, and since it's just the two of us in the office, he gave me the day off. Now it's 1:00 a.m, and I need to get up and be ready for work in 8ish hours.
But first I have to go through this 112 page Word document and make sure the links in his citations still work and try to find links for citations that don't have one yet. Hurrah.
Research journal proposal for Seminar in Psychology. Power point presentation. Had ALL semester. Due on the 15th of May. ETF (Estimated time of failure): Passed it four weeks back.
Ahhhhhhh.... smell that failure. It's damn near palpable.
Oh. man. I've got a 2000 word literature essay due tommorow. I've had two weeks of holidays to do it. I haven't started. I also have two chemistry assignments, a physics test and and applicable maths test this week, none of which I've dome anything for. Oh, and I have a ball to get ready for too. *facepalm*
...it takes you 25-30 minutes to get somewhere, but then it takes you over an hour and a half to get back? Oh, not because of traffic, but because you get yourself unbelievably LOST.
I just started working on it today. At 11pm. It's now 2:45am, and I stopped working on it 45 minutes ago.
It might be due tomorrow by 5pm. Or it might be due Monday. I'm not sure because I was late to class and missed the first 15 minutes, when my professor may or may not have said we all have extensions.
I also had a meeting to go to all this week (multiple meetings, I just had to pick one). I could have gone Monday, or Tuesday, or today, but I didn't. The last one is tomorrow, but I have to leave an hour early to go to the previously mentioned class to find out when the exam is actually due. :P
