I have spammed you all today and despite the fact that my inbox is full of comments I'm about to wander back into my boudoir and glut on TeeVee in my undies (Tivo is esploding! As are my brainz!).
But! Here is some important information: You know how you eat pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream? I am here to tell you that you might want to try it with a dollop of Creme Fraiche. BECAUSE PIE + CHEESE = OTP. And Creme Fraiche is...slightly more cheese-esque, (and on sale at the Whole Foods in Evanston, Illinois this week.) [And yes, LADIES, some day I will find a way to write a "real story" involving Dean Winchester, (Vermont) sharp white cheddar and apple pie.]
Point being, it's really delicious.

Pushing Daisies wears black Chuck Taylors? He could make me a pie anyday.
ETA: Tell me about your favorite pumpkin pie recipes (links if possible). Fresh pumpkin? Condensed milk or not? Do you do something WEIRD and AWESOME? Maybe then I'll tell you about my sweet potato pie with fresh ginger and lemon zest.
