Seen of IFC last night:
"Cherish" **** R 2002 Robin Tunney, Tim Blake (O Brother Where Art Thou?) Liz Phair, Nora Dunn
Great soundtrack, solid performances, awesome dialog driven story. If your tired of stupid CGI Six Flags ride type movies (that seem to be made so they can be advertised on Big Gulp cups) with no character development, I think you will enjoy this.
Synapsis: After an evening out of drinking with a co-worker, who she has a little crush on, a young woman is thrust into committing manslaughter, and wrongfully imprisoned under house arrest. Shot on location in San Francisco/Bay Area.
