Anniversary
Yesterday Dave and I passed the 37-year mark in our marriage.
Today is the tenth anniversary of my opening an LJ. Things have changed a great deal over that period. Back then I had two teenage girls living at home, was a full-time teacher and worried about a new head of department coming in the following term. I was right to worry about him - the year was a total disaster. Now I am an escaped teacher about to embark on my second MA, just for fun, one daughter is married and pregnant and the other is managing a box office at the Edinburgh Fringe.
I still love BtVS and Spike.
I am hugely grateful to LJ for all the friends I have made here, quite a few of whom I have met in person. And grateful to
elisi who persuaded me into the venture in the first place.
