…eation Resolves AlmaLinux#62: PostgreSQL and other applications need systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service to create runtime directories like /run/postgresql at boot time. While this service was masked per WSL recommendations to fix X11 socket issues, it prevented essential tmpfiles functionality. Unmasking restores /run directory creation without breaking other WSL systemd optimizations. Affects all AlmaLinux versions: 8, 9, 10, and Kitten 10 (both x64 and ARM64)
…y creation Removed masking for all systemd-tmpfiles-* services: - systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service - systemd-tmpfiles-clean.service - systemd-tmpfiles-clean.timer - systemd-tmpfiles-setup-dev-early.service - systemd-tmpfiles-setup-dev.service Affects all AlmaLinux versions: 8, 9, 10, and Kitten 10 (both x64 and ARM64)
