Summary
Removals in the registry's security.json are now matched by package id and version, so withdrawing one release no longer hides the whole package. A withdrawn version is never installed or offered as an update, and an installed withdrawn version gets a warning notification and a Store notice with the reason and suggested replacement.
Testing
Full solution build with warnings as errors and all test suites pass, apart from the Plugin CLI build test that also fails locally on main. New host and desktop UI tests cover the matching, installs, updates, warnings and version picker. Verified against a disposable host with a signed local registry, and manually tested in the desktop UI.
Notes
A package whose latest version is withdrawn stays visible under Installed and on its page when it is installed, so it can still be uninstalled. Existing guide screenshots do not show this state and were not retaken.
