Closes #1204
Summary
Adds the OBS action Set Input Setting, which changes one setting of a source, such as the text of a text source, an image or media file, or a browser URL. The value takes the type the setting has in OBS and can contain variables.
Testing
Full solution build and test suites pass, apart from the Plugin CLI build test that fails locally on the SDK pin. 31 new unit tests. Verified against a real OBS instance: text, image, browser and media sources changed, numbers, booleans and objects typed correctly, templates rendered, and invalid values rejected.
