Summary
The Align and Position controls on the Action Button Label tab now fill their half of the row, so they sit one normal gap apart and line up with the fields above. Segmented choices that share a non-wrapping row by weight now stretch to that share.
Testing
Full desktop-ui suite, production build and .NET build pass, with two new layout tests. Checked the row in a running host and desktop UI, and re-shot the affected guide screenshot.
