Summary
Steps in a button, script or automation read variables from a snapshot taken when the run started, so an HTTP request after Set Variable sent the previous value. Each step now reads the current values, so it sees what earlier steps in the same run wrote.
Testing
Release build and full test suites pass, except the Plugin CLI build test that fails locally on main too. Five new tests cover parameters, delays, if and while after a write. Verified against a running host: an HTTP POST after Set Variable now carries the new value.
Notes
Integration-owned variables still update only after the integration reports the new value back.
