Summary
Reworks the Store into a marketplace: Discover rows and filters, tags, a polished detail page with an older-version selector, compact reviews, recommendations and a footer. Adds an optional AI self-declaration to plugin and icon pack manifests, shown in the Store.
Testing
Build with warnings as errors, host (9324), SDK, CLI, localization, desktop UI (4394) and web client pass. Verified in a disposable host at several widths, including a real install and uninstall; a real downgrade was not testable on macOS and is covered by host tests.
Plugin SDK / API compatibility
Notes
Host API: the version in an install request is now binding, and retry answers not_found for failures a retry cannot fix. Tags, AI declarations and categories appear once the Platform publishes them to the registry.
